Design Process: Because our HD Theater line
of business is specifically focused on adjusting the dimensions of our
designs to fit your needs, Bergmeyer includes the cost of customizing
standard HD Theater furniture designs to client dimensions in the price
of a typical HD Theater piece. We have worked hard to design products
that are flexible and extendable so as to fulfill a wide range of applications.
In the event that extensive medications are required to one of our HD
Theater designs, additional design fees will apply ($60 per hour).
Changes considered to be extensive include, but are not limited to:
- Height exceeding 10 feet
- Width exceeding 16 feet
- HDTV dimensions exceeding 72 inches.
Bergmeyer requires a physical signature approval on all drawing for custom
and customized product orders before production can begin. All orders
must be complete (including finish selection, hardware specifications,
distressing, etc.) before they will be put into production.
Ordering Process: A deposit of 50% is due
at the time an order is placed; the balance is due at the time of shipping.
Bergmeyer charges for both handling and freight, and this amount is approximately
2% of the sales price of the furniture included in the bid, (and is not
broken out per item on a multi-piece order).
Bergmeyer typically offers a 4-6 week production lead time for its HD
Theater line of products. Lead tome is calculated beginning from the point
that approval drawings are received by Bergmeyer; however, total lead
times are contingent upon receipt of deposit and firm purchase order,
including final and approved specifications. Actual lead time should be
confirmed with your salesperson at the time your order is placed.
Unit price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date unless
otherwise noted. Final payment is due on ship date of goods or will accrue
interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Shipping and Handling: Bergmeyer charges
for both handling and freight. Handling (which includes, but is not limited
to, shipping preparation, foaming, wrapping and staging) is quoted at
the time a bid is issued. This amount is approximately 2% of the sales
price of the furniture included in the bid, (and is not broken per item
on a multi-piece order).
Bergmeyer also provides an estimate for freight at the time a quote is
issued. Freight charges listed are an estimate only, and may be subject
to revision within thirty (30) days of the actual on-site date. This amount
is calculated on the weight and volume of the furniture included in the
bid, the distance from our factory to the delivery destination, and the
method of shipping used.

methods, including:

- Blanket-Wrapped
- 3rd Party
Warehouse charges may be applied to product that is completed according
to the bid terms, but for which the client is unable to accept delivery.
